| All new slaves should understand the position of First Girl of Camp and her special responsibilities. tieri{CH}~R~ is senior trainer. Ubar has put her in charge of training and it is a responsibility that she does not take lightly. She has what are called "switch rights," meaning that, if a slave is disobedient, she can administer discipline, and cage or gag a slave as she sees necessary. Ubar expects this of her. When something goes wrong, the senior trainer is likely to be under discipline for the actions of the slaves in her care.
Being a trainer is not an easy job. It would be wonderful to have the opportunity to teach each slave in a warm and friendly manner, to never have to say a harsh or corrective word to them. But that is not always possible. It is the senior trainer's responsibility to oversee training and she will take whatever corrective measures she sees fit to make sure that the slaves in her care understand their place and bring honor to their ko-lars. If a trainer addresses a slave in a corrective way about any matter concerning behavior, it is expected that one should be given the utmost respect. It is likely that the words a trainer is saying to a slave were prompted by a comment from Ubar. To be disrespectful to a trainer is to be disrespectful to Ubar and the trust that He has placed in her. |
