POSITIONS

Listed here are positions as well as commands and some onlinisms.

Note: Eyes downcast: Slaves are not equal to Frees. A slave lowers her eyes to show respect and
knowing one's place..

Hands: Palms up was considered a plea for rape or sign of submission. Palms down can mean a slave is
unwilling to be used or is restricted from use.

Bara: The slave moves to lay face down upon the floor, forehead lightly touching the floor, legs straight with ankles crossed, and wrists crossed at the small of the back.

Belly: The slave moves to her belly, hands palms down near the sides of her head, forehead to the ground, and waits for further orders.

Binding: When ordered into standard binding position, the slave lies on the ground, wrists crossed behind the back, and ankles crossed. (This may be another name for bara).

Blanket: While not technically a command, it is still an action the slave should remember. If something is thrown over her head, she must remain silent and motionless until freed from it.

Bondage Knot: It is a simple looped knot tied into the girl's hair and worn at the side of her right cheek or before her right shoulder. The girl approaches the master naked and kneels, the bondage knot soft, curled, fallen at the side of her right cheek or before her right shoulder.

Bound by Master's Will: A slave is commanded to hold position, as though bound, hands clasping opposite wrists until released.

Bracelets: The slave turns to face away from the Master, back and shoulders straight, wrists held at the small of the back for ease in attaching slave bracelets.

Capture: The slave lies down on her back, bending her knees to place her feet flat against the ground, hands at her side, and remains motionless.

Chaining: A slave places hands behind the back, hands clasped tightly, pushes shoulders back and chest thrust outward, ready for bracelets.

Collar: In this position the slave kneels at the Master's feet and leans her body back, sitting upon her heels, with her arms extended upward, crossed at the wrists, and her head beneath them lowered in supplication (Also known as the Position of Female Submission.).

Crawl: The slave gets down on all fours and crawls upon her belly to just an inch from the Master's feet.

Display: Stands, feet about shoulder-width apart, fingers laced behind the neck with elbows back, head up and eyes lowered.

Feeding: This is where a slave feeds the Master a grape held between her teeth. The slave may or may not have her wrists braceleted behind her back for this. One leg is folded beneath her and the other is extended behind her, toes pointed. The slave then lifts the grape delicately to His mouth.

Female Submission In this position the slave kneels at the Master's feet and leans the body back, sitting upon heels with arms extended upward.

Gorean Bow: The slave kneels in nadu position, bends the body backwards, the head to the floor, then places the hands by the head, and pulls up into a back bend (This position is very painful to maintain for longer than five minutes. It is generally used as a position of punishment.).

Hair: The girl stands and bows forward at the waist, letting her hair fall forward for display, to be seized, or for any other purpose the Master might require. Another way to do it is for the slave to stay in her previous position, just bowing her head, and letting her hair dangle before her for whatever use required.

Har-ta: Meaning, faster, hurry.

Heel: A slave positions oneself behind and to the left and follows. Girls seldom follow behind and on the right. If she is placed there, it is a sign she is in disfavor. If more than one girl is involved, she who follows most closely on the left is generally taken to be in highest favor. Slaves compete for this position. In an open area, the slave is placed some five or ten feet behind and on the left. If a Master must move suddenly, she will not be in the way.

High Bracelets: A slave stands with feet shoulder-width apart, holding head high with eyes lowered submissively, arms out in front with wrists pressed together, ready for binding.

Love Bow: Same as the Gorean bow.

Modality of the She-Quadruped: This is not technically a position but is definitely a command sometimes used for punishment. When ordered into this mode, the slave stays on all fours, like an animal, and cannot speak or reach for things with her hands. she is kept quite definitely as only a mute pet much like any sleen would act. Sometimes the slave is even taught tricks she must learn without the help of verbal cues.

Nadu: The slave kneels with thighs spread wide, back held straight or arched slightly, breasts thrust forward, head held high with eyes lowered, sitting back on heels, hands resting palms up or palms down on thighs. Obedience: A slaves lies belly down beside the Master and place chin on his feet. (This is an onlinism.)

Obeisance: There are three different forms of this position though all have the same basic meaning behind it. Each is a show of female submission.

  1. The slave kneels in nadu with her head lowered.
  2. From nadu, the slave lowers head to the ground, placing her hands against the ground, palms lowered. (Sometimes known as karta.)
  3. The slave moves to her belly and slowly inches forward to the Master's feet and at that point proceeds to lick and kiss at them before bellying back somewhat. (Also known as belly.)

Prostrate: The slave kneels and touches forehead to the floor, stretching arms out in front with palms face down and fingers spread.

Run: A slave runs, keeping legs rigid and unbending at the knee, short rapid steps. Feet must stay close to the surface of the floor/ground.

She Sleen: The slave lowers to knees and elbows, hands clasped over the head, bottom in the air, ready for either being beaten on the bottom or being taken from behind like an animal.

Slaver's Kiss: A slave lowers to the floor on all fours, head lowered to the ground, bottom high in the air, thighs widely spread, slave's heat exposed.

Slave Lips: The slave turns toward the person who commanded it, purses lips and remains immobile until freed with a kiss.

Slave Use: There are many types but the standard is that the girl lies motionless and supine in preparation to be used.

Stand: A slave rises on feet, parting them shoulder-width, hands resting palms up upon thighs, head up, and eyes downcast.

Submission: The slave kneels, bends at the waist, places cheek to the floor, takes the Master's right foot and places it upon her neck, places arms behind back, crossing them at the wrist.

Thigh: A command meaning "show your brand." This command might be given to a female or to the Free person with a female, who is not identified in order to see if she is a slave (branded) or a free woman. Turn immediately to the side, exposing the left thigh.

Tower: The slave kneels with knees closed and thighs pressed closely together, back straight, and chin high. Wrists may or may not be crossed as the owner decides. This position is used most often to serve Mistresses.

Usage: A slave lowers to hands and knees, legs parted widely, head straight, hair falling across her back, remain motionless waiting for command.

Walk: When this command is given, the slave turns in a graceful pirouette, her hair swinging. The slave then walks, gliding across the room, feet hardly seeming to leave the floor, hips swaying sensually, body erect and proud. When the objective is reached, the slave halts and stands, body erect, shoulders back, chest thrust forward, belly in. A hip is turned out a bit, hands at sides, and one foot pointed. The head is up and eyes are lowered.

Whipping: A slave quickly drops to knees and places forehead to the floor, hips raised high, cross arms across belly fingers gripping one's sides.

NOTE: It is important that a slave be alert to their Masters, since commands are not always given verbally.
